Not too sweet, it has the certain texture, and kinda nice.

久しぶりに、日本のオムレツ食べました。

We used to write the name for each (like, john’s, mark’s , etc).

ケチャップで名前を書きますよね普通は、、、。　普通なのかな？

I forgot the name of this restaurant, but the lunch menu was very good… I really enjoy it!

レストランの名前を忘れたんですが、リヴァプール中心街にあるレストラン、ランチメニューが手ごろな価格で、そして、すごくおいしかったです。

This desert was the killer!

お勧めはこのプリンのようなケーキ。

Olive oil

I love this extra virgin olive oil. Just put slices of tomato and bit of oil, that’s it, my breakfast！

最初は、5リットル使うのに何年かかるか、、、と心配してましたが、3ヶ月で半分弱なくなってます。

日本の商社さん、このオリーブオイル美味しいですよ　（って、もう日本にはあるかも、ですね）。

Bread from Paul

When I like to eat proper bread, I go to Hampstead high st, and buy bread like this one.

時々、美味しいパンが食べたくなります。　そーいう時は、ハムステッドまでパンを買いに行きます。

This bread from Paul costs few pounds (I know it’s very expensive) but we treat ourselves for nice bread sometimes (maybe once a month).

ポールというパン屋さんで、上写真のようなパンが６００－１０００円位で買えます。僕と奥さんで時々、ご褒美としてたまーっに買います。（そんな、千円もする食パンなんか毎日買わないですよ。）

My friend in Japan works at one of the biggest bread making company, and he made specially made bread for me when I was in Japan. In fact, his home-made bread was very good as well,,.. He thinks his bread was better than anything else in the world,,. I’ll need to buy proper bread for him when I visit Japan next time.

僕の友人が日本でも有名なパンメーカーで働いているんですが、この間僕が日本に帰ってきた時に、ハンドメイドのスペシャル食パンを作ってくれました。もちろんすごく美味しかったんですが、、。　問題は、彼が自信満々で自分の作ったパンが世界一だと思ってる事です。　次回の日本のお土産はパンにしよっと。

Cycling to Old street

Just went to see our accountant in East end of London.

会計士に会いに、東ロンドンまで自転車で行ってきました。　いや、今流行な速い自転車ではなく、ばりばりのマウンテンバイクで、、。

Well, going down the hill of Finchley road, passing Regents park was fun, and very smooth, apart from Euston (traffic), Kings cross (lots of buses and taxi), Angel (a couple of hills), Old street (that round about is too big).

フィンチリーロードから、リージェンツパークを通り過ぎたあたりまでは、とてもスムースでしたが、、。　ユーストン（トラフィックジャム）、キングスクロス（たくさんのバスとタクシー）、エンジェル（２個坂道あります）、オールドストリート（あの交差点はでかすぎ）などなど、初めて街まで自転車で行ってみましたが大変でした。

Anyway, as soon as I left the book, we went to have iced coffee from apostrophe and their coffee is one of the good one (only considering the high street brands).

ミーティングが終わり次第、隣にある、カフェでアイスコーヒーを。　これハイストリート系のコーヒー屋さんの中では一番お勧めです。

コーヒーの豆を噛みながら、甘く冷たいコーヒーを、結構美味しいです。

The style of the shop is very present, using black and pink brand colour, and using wooden stuff etc.　I’m sure they can do well in Japan.

インテリアも、黒とピンクのブランドカラーを取り入れて、店内は木材関係を上手く使ったデザイン。多分、日本でも売れそうですね。

フランチャイズ売ってるのかな、、、？

On the way back, I just took picture of BT tower, the one of the landmark of London.

帰りに撮った、BTタワーの写真、ロンドンの有名な建物の一つですね。　もっと綺麗な写真を今度撮ります、　いや、腕が悪いから、無理かな、、。

I don’t need to say that we struggled like cow on the way back home, the hill from Chalk Farm to Hampstead,,.

帰りのチョークファームからの坂に、てこづった事は、書かなくてもいいですかね、、。

St albans -beautiful waffle

I went to St Albans with my family for a nice day out.

先日、セイントアルバンに行ってきました。

Visiting St Albans was second visit and it really made me think that someday I would love to live in this lovely small town.

今回で2度目ですが、今回行った時には、真剣にここに住もうかなと考えましたよ、、。本当に、良い町だと思います。

I’m sure there are many things out there in St Albans, but I must say the cathedral is worth a visit. In addition, the waffle house just right next to the park is one of the best waffle I ever had in my life, and strongly recommend if you have time (I mean, for me I needed to have time to visit there!).　My favorite is hummous and avocado, even though I tried something else that day.

この町にはもちろんたくさんの訪れる場所等あるんでしょうが、僕がお勧めなのは、大聖堂とワッフルハウスです。

大聖堂はすごくベタだと思うんですが、、、でもいって見る価値はありますよ (ちなみに、入り口で大の字を作ってるのが奥さんです）。

ワッフルハウスは本気でお勧めです。本当に美味しいです。僕のお勧めはヒュモスとアヴォカドのワッフルで、甘いソースが軽くかかっているんですが、日本人の口にはすごく合うと思います　（もちろん、アイスクリーム系も美味しいんですが）。

うーん、また行きたくなってきました。　ロンドンでも店を開けてほしいですね。
