Hawkshead was nice little town that we all could imagine.

We’ve visited our friend Dan, in lake district. I have visited there recently, but wanted to explore a little for this two days holiday again.
以前も、湖水地方には行った事があるんですが、2日間の休みを利用し、もう一度ちょっとしたドライブ＋観光に。

The first place we visited was the lake that is considered to be one of the most beautiful in UK, Ullswater.
最初にイギリスで最も美しい･綺麗と言われるウルスウォーター（ウルス湖）にて。
素晴らしく良かったです。僕の写真はちょっと残念でしたが （ちょっと暗すぎました）、、。
羊の横を歩き、湖のすぐ横のフットパスを通るんですが、途中で途切れる事もあり、遊び気分で行くと痛い目にあいます。

There is also little bridge called Pooley bridge. I’m not so sure if this one has any kinda story/history,,, but I took this picture in case (yes, I’m being very Japanese!!!)
このウルス湖にはプーリーブリッジという小さい橋が架かっています。 何か、重要なストーリー・歴史があるのかしりませんが、とりあいず写真を撮ることに。 こんなところは、しっかり日本人の血が騒ぎます。

The next one was Windermere. I quite liked this lake, as it was beautiful weather (strangely!).
次に行ったのは、ウィンダミア湖。 天気が良かったせいか、 すごく綺麗でした。

We drove to Ambleside, then headed to Hawkshead.
アンブルサイドに寄ったあと、ホークスヘッドへ。

アングロレザークラフトに別注していたベルトが出来上がりました。
（実際は、大分前に出来上がっていたのですが、写真を撮る事ができずにいました）

写真を見てもらってもわかると思いますが、色は黒とグレー。
編み込みのベルトと言えば、基本はレザーになると思います。 ただ、今回は秋冬という季節柄か、素材感を生かしたモノを作りたかった為、スエード（イタリア産）を使用しています。 写真のように、デニムにも合うと思いますが（ただ、色落ちがあるとインディゴがベルトに色移りしますので気をつけて下さい）、ウールパンツ、もしくは、ダーク色のチノパンツ、お洒落さんであれば、カジュアルなスラックスパンツ-スーツにも合うのではないでしょうか？
アングロレザーに打ち合わせに行った時、ベルトがどのように作られるか、説明してもらったのですが、勿論一つずつハンドメイド。 職人気質の高さを知りました。 是非アレヴォル取扱店にて、手にとって見て下さい。

I soaked jeans in warm bathtub after 2month (little less than 2months).
ジーンズを２ヶ月リジットから履いて、ジーンズを風呂の中に１時間お湯張り。
As expected, a couple of months wear didn’t give colour contrast of the indigo.
さすがに２ヶ月では、綺麗な色落ちは期待はしていませんでしたが、、、。

I was quite surprised that soaking in bathtub for an hour in lukewarm water took the starch out of the jeans brilliantly (I usually wash in machine at 30-40) and the indigo didn’t come off from the jeans as much (still very dark).
I must admit though, it’s kinda pain to clean the bathtub after…
I’ll update the back side and hem bit later.
ほんとに、少しですが、ヒゲが若干見えます。 もう少し長く履けば、くっくりとできたでしょう。
ただとても驚いた事に、バスタブの中に１時間置くことによって、糊がすごくきれいにとれました。 そして色も、洗濯機で洗うより、落ちないです。
ただ、お風呂を掃除するのが大変でしたが、、、

Norwich was very nice little town for me. People were very kind (when we kind of got lost, looking at maps, some asked us “where are you going?”) . There must be many places like this in UK… I need to travel UK more…
ノーリッチは小さな町ですが、とても良いところでした。 人がすごく親切だなっと（地図を見ていると、「どこに行くんだい？」 と、２，３度声をかけられました）。 また、風情が強く残っている、すごくイギリスっぽい町でした。 でも、ロンドン以外は大体良い町が多いんですよね、イギリスは、、、。 これから、もっと色んな所に行ってみないと、、、。
We went to Norwich for meeting.
ノーリッチに行ってきました。
It was only a day trip, but we had bit of time to do sightseeing…
一日の観光でしたが、とてもよかったです。

I spent quite good time on Lego when I just started primary school. I could see it just like this, yes…
But these pieces dissappered after my brother was born ( I guess my parents thought that it wasn’t really safe to leave them). Instead though, I got Nintendo, nearly 25years ago!)
